Hello all!
SDMB is again participating with BICAS to pedal with Santa's Sleigh in the Downtown Parade of Lights this Saturday Dec 21st!

We are looking for as many people as we can to ride with us in the parade. Here is the info:

- Must have a bike. Funky bikes are encouraged but it must be safe to ride in a large group.
- Must have lights, not just front and back bike lights but other battery powered, flashy, blinky, super fun lights on your bike and person. The more the better (it is the parade of lights after all).
- Decorate your bike and person. BICAS will have a limited amount of decorations to tinsel up your festive ride come down on Saturday afternoon anytime.
- Helmets encouraged for all but a must if you are under 18

BICAS takes a group picture at 5:00pm at BICAS and leaves BICAS by no later than 5:30 for the staging area. Parade starts at 6:30.

The BICAS staging area will be on the corner of 5th Ave and 17th St. Map available at this link:

Low of 40 degrees so be prepared. The parade starts at 6:30, but we end up waiting for a while for the parade to start moving for us, so you donít really need to show up early unless you want to be in the picture and/or donít want to risk parking issues. Bring a coat/gloves/hat and some hot tea or cocoa!!

Please RSVP here if you can, tell your friends!
