Happy New Year everyone! We hope everyone had a nice holiday filled with lots of riding! We had a great time on our monthly ride and want to thank everyone who came out and braved the cold on La Milagrosa trail.

As they say, "No rest for the weary"... We're happy to report that TORCA is now the new steward of a couple of sections of the AZT (from Prison camp all the way to the Milagrosa Junction). We want to thank the Arizona Trail Association for the opportunity and we already have a trail day planned for January 16th!

You're going to see alot more chatter from us with respect to our efforts and initiatives and we're hoping people will get involved as we have no shortage of work. Just a few of the many things we've been involved with in 2015 and into the future include:

>Friends of Redington "Access" working group
>Friends of Redington "User Conflict" working group
>Friends of Redington "Integration" working group
>City planning for a Bike Park.
> Development of OHV & MTB focused multi-use trail system in the Nogales Ranger District.
>Free mtb Clinics for TORCA members

In addition to all of the above, we also put on a monthly ride and work day(s). We invite the mtb community to be a part of all the great things that are happening and hope you'll join us in our efforts. There are many ways to help. Become a member and/or join one of our monthly work days and rides. We also invite all members to attend one of our board meetings(invites go out via email to all members) so you can see what we're up to and where your member dues are being used. If you too have passion for mtbing and want to make a difference, join our board!

Lastly, we want to thank all those folks that help us out and whom believe in us. We hope you'll support these "Big Picture" organizations. They understand and appreciate how our relationships help and compliment eachother and without them, we couldn't do what we do. Thanks to Arizona Cyclist, Risky Business Restaurants, Fairwheel Bikes, Broadway Bikes, Probike, Old Pueblo Gymnastics, Troy Lee Designs, Paully at Ride Handsome, Diversified Print Solutions and the US Forest Service.
